Functional 45 Minute Workouts

At Myofunction we determined 10 years ago that the 45 minute workout is the best for getting results in endurance strength gains and for weight loss. Over the last 10 years we have perfected the 45 minute workout to get you great results as well as keeping it fresh and interesting. We are constantly educating ourselves on the best techniques from around the world to give our clients constant improvements and variety. 

Myofunction clients walk out of sessions feeling like that have had a hard workout but that it has also worked to improve their posture and functional movement. I'm am constantly disapppointed in many in the fitness industry who do not treat clients are individuals, do  not do proper assessments and refuse to tackle the difficult path to get clients to improve the way they move that will help them in the long run. Exercise shouldn't be a quick fix it should be a enjoyable part of your life that teaches you how to move and feel better.

Improving a person's posture has to come first in any exercise program. At Myofunction we aim to do this while still giving you a challenging and appropriate workout. Whether you do one on one Personal Training or our small group Personal Training you will receive this type of training.
