All of our prospective clients start with an initial assessment,

followed by two x 1:1 Personal Training sessions.

 

We have this initial assessment process so that your trainer can get a thorough understanding of your capabilities.  We look at your general strength and fitness, as well as identifying any in-balances in your muscular-skeletal system, and range of movement patterns.

These sessions will give us a complete understanding of your starting point so that we can create the most effective training plan for you.  This will give you the greatest chance of reaching your goals whilst ensuring you don’t injure yourself whilst training. 

After these initial sessions, you will then have the option to continue with your 1:1 Personal Training, move into our group training sessions, or partake in a combined schedule of both.

90% of clients train with us twice or more a week, giving them the best chance of reaching their individual goals.
