Some of our clients use a nutritional product called Isagenix.
Isagenix is an innovative nutritional cleansing system that uses mostly organic produce. On the 30 day program, your body is supplied with 242 essential vitamins and nutrients that are missing from most modern foods, due to overfarming and similar practices which deplete the nutrients from the soil and our food.
Isagenix also helps the body deal with environmental pollutants caused by modern living.
Isagenix cleansing builds on the health benefits you get from exercise, by removing impurities from your body, then nourishing it with vital nutrients to revive health.
When you use Isagenix and exercise correctly, your body is able to reduce excess fat and achieve its ideal weight.
Another nutrition plan that works for many people is the anti‐fungal diet. Many of us have digestive problems that come from things like taking antibiotics, cortisone and birth control pills; picking up parasites and fungus from foods and water, especially when travelling in other countries; and feeding our digestive system with processed foods and sugars.
All these things lead to an unhealthy digestive system which can cause many symptoms, commonly including bloating, belching, intestinal gas, constipation, diarrhoea, indigestion, oesophageal reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, and an inability to lose weight, especially around the midsection.
Did you know that in most cases these symptoms can be fixed by a change in diet?

Drinking at least one and a half litres of water a day is essential for weight loss and good health. The actual amount of water you should be drinking is your weight in kilos times 0.033, for example if your weight is 65kg, the amount of water you should be drinking each day is 65*0.033=2.14 litres per day. This is your ideal water intake.
