Outdoor Group Training is a great way to get fit. Outdoor groups have a great dynamic, where people of similar abilities train together, challenging and motivating one another to achieve their goals. Our classes currently take place in Clifton Reserve in Brunswick (see map) and numbers are limited to 16.
Our trainers challenge you to achieve more than you thought you could, providing you with a motivating and encouraging environment that gives you the best chance to meet your training goals.
With MyoFunction outdoor group training, you can expect to be pushed out of your comfort zone, but this isn't a "boot camp" - you won't be yelled at.

Drinking at least one and a half litres of water a day is essential for weight loss and good health. The actual amount of water you should be drinking is your weight in kilos times 0.033, for example if your weight is 65kg, the amount of water you should be drinking each day is 65*0.033=2.14 litres per day.
