All new clients start with a free trial session. During this functional assessment, you’ll be taken through a range of movement patterns to give us a complete starting point of your capabilities, imbalances, and overall strength and fitness.
You will start learning the fundamentals of better movement in your first session. You will walk away amazed at what you have learned.
If you decide to continue on with your training, a plan is formulated with you dependent on your goals.
